No. At present, Maj. Luckadoo is the last living pilot of the original cadre of pilots assigned to the 100th Bomb Group at the initiation of the U.S. Army Eighth Air Force‘s strategic daylight bombing campaign against Nazi-occupied Europe in 1943. At present, there are believed to be two pilots, one navigator, and one gunner still living who served on B-17 crews in the 100th Bomb Group during World War II. It is often erroneously reported that Maj. Luckadoo is the last living member of the 100th Bomb Group; probably either due to misinformation or because it makes for a shorter headline or soundbite.
Maj. Luckadoo is not portrayed in "Masters of the Air". However, 1LT Glenn W. Dye, the pilot of the B-17 crew that Luckadoo was assigned to as co-pilot, is portrayed by actor George Webster. It would be impractical to portray all of the deserving airmen who served in the 100th Bomb Group in a television miniseries. Maj. Luckadoo, who served as a technical consultant on "Masters of the Air", is pleased that the story of his combat unit is being told on television screens across the world. Maj. Luckadoo is prominently featured in "The Bloody Hundredth"; the Apple TV+ companion documentary and epilogue to the "Masters of the Air" miniseries narrated by Tom Hanks.
