Sully's Cenotaph Ceremony
October 28, 2024: Excerpts from Maj. Luckadoo's visit to Forrest Hills Cemetery in Chattanooga's St. Elmo neighborhood where he dedicates a cenotaph to his fallen best friend Royal Canadian Air Force Flight Lieutenant LeRoy Means "Sully" Sullivan at the grave of Sullivan's mother with full military honors. Luckadoo also inters a container of soil taken from Sullivan's grave in the United Kingdom and rests it upon the coffin of Mrs. Sullivan.
